OutRecover was designed from the ground up as a dedicated recovery facility, not an add-on to a gym or spa. Every room, every piece of equipment, every detail was chosen to support the science.

Where the in-between happens
Infusions, compression, and oxygen run side by side in one room, so a stack moves from one modality to the next without leaving the chair.
Every space designed with purpose
Hyperbaric Suite
Our HBOT chamber room is climate-controlled and designed for extended sessions. Clients can read, rest, or use provided headphones during their 60–90 minute sessions. We maintain full clinical standards for pressurization and monitoring.
Light Therapy Studio
Full-body red light panels and Class IV laser treatment stations occupy a dedicated room optimized for photobiomodulation sessions. Sessions are brief, private, and precisely timed.
Thermal Recovery Zone
The cold plunge and infrared sauna are co-located for contrast therapy. Both are private and independently bookable. The cold plunge is maintained at 50°F and the sauna reaches 150°F.
Performance Training Studio
CAROL AI Bike, ARX adaptive resistance machines, and KAATSU BFR equipment are arranged for efficient, supervised training sessions. Data is tracked and displayed in real time.
Recovery Lounge
Between sessions, clients relax in our lounge space, outfitted with Normatec compression boots, PEMF mats, and hydrogen therapy stations. Quiet, calm, and designed for the in-between.
Consultation Room
Private consultations with our clinical team take place in a dedicated room, separate from the treatment floor. Your intake, recovery planning, and progress reviews happen here.
